went church in morning.. went for yet another 1.5hr tour of singapore in the car.. dried my brain with immuno at home for a few hours.. then finally dinner..

its great spending time like that.. i enjoyed my dinner TREMENDOUSLY.. ENORMOUSLY.. SATISFYINGLY..

then i recieved some distressing news.. i can't help but feel so useless.. if onli i was there.. i slap myself for the mistake i did years ago.. the effects not onli affect me.. but the people around me.. directly and indirectly.. if only i was there.. i do so little in return for so much.. i realli am useless..

early morning went for a drive at bbdc.. instructor was so retarded.. he was damn ah pek take out shoes la, roll feet on some pimpled roller thing.. squeeze some pimpled sponge in his hand, comb his hairless head.. he even attached a fan in the car which pointed to his feet.. Zzz.. i went late for lesson.. when i reached the car.. there he was.. cleaning the car with water and a piece of clothe.. -_-".. i make mistake in parking he say "wah lan eh.. u parking bery lousy ah..".. nb.. is ur car sucks la.. even though i went late, i was wishing for it to end earlier.. so damn hungry.. and the instructor wasn't helping.. Zzz.. i forgot to eat my breakfast.. gobbled it as soon as lesson was over.. then went over to sch to study with godwin.. then gymed in the late afternoon with godwin and dave.. had some hilarious talk and picture taking.. yes.. in the gym.. ain't posting them here anyway.. den went ikea for dinner..

so idiot.. a bit hard to see things in a different perspective.. i gotta try tho.. pai seh ah.. i'm an idiot..

ok holy shit today was pretty eventful.. had the escaparate in the afternoon.. we all dressed up long sleeve just for the show.. haha.. performance was rather ok.. i think there was a lot of feedback.. anyway.. all just for fun.. no prize anyway.. good crowd attendance.. i also won the belle&beau thing.. which was quite stupid actually.. onli 2 guys and 2 girls.. its like me vs u.. so cock.. den i think i won due to pure biasness.. kenneth sang lehz.. i didn't do shit.. anyway dude u sang very well.. all my friends said so.. haha.. the other bands and singers were all awesome too.. congrats to all of u (if u ever read this).. thanks dale for lending ur bass and for those jam sessions at ur place.. thanks lester for the sweet drumming.. thanks godwin for singing very nicely.. thanks guitarists for the mind-blowing solos.. thanks crowd for being the crowd.. lol.. thanks organisers for making this all possible.. it was fun..

wanted to watch madagascar after the event.. but hell.. cine's timings were screwed.. so damn.. walked around.. eat and drank stuffs.. my wallet still very full.. hmph.. freaking hot day.. singapore needs to snow every now and then ya?.. and i need a hair cut.. soon..

yeah, pricked mice again.. poor dudes.. but now more experience liao.. the last time we poke them on their back.. the developed a lump there.. just like a BCG.. cos we put TB into them.. deactivated TB la.. so their body produces antibodies against them.. basically the same function as BCG.. for those who got it.. u would remember the lump there after the injection.. this time we poke underneath them.. and i was thinking.. what if i poke the needle right into their bladder den they just pee it out after that.. what a waste of money.. lol..

Today was an amazing day.. 13th nov.. i'm posting late at night thats why it appears like 14th nov.. started off like crap.. lost my thing-u-wear-on-ur-wrist thing while squeezing out of the bus.. damn shit.. either it's loose or it broke off.. but i was sure it dropped there.. oh well its gone.. during ccta pract had so much to do.. with the chicken embryo and all.. barely finished work.. had to rush like mad dog to finish it.. sim was too full to sit down and eat so we da-baoed food to one of the benches in lsct.. sk said he felt like he's in camp.. lol.. at this point in time i was informed that i was nominated for lsct belle & beau.. zomg lol wtf bbq.. like... .. @&(*$@).. i tot i wasn't nominated already.. kns.. dunno if i should participate for fun.. ah well.. after lunch we went for gaik bee's immuno.. i was so freaking tired along with everyone else.. halfway thru the lecture godwin said smth about tired and smth about sleepy.. immeidately i put my head down and fell asleep.. next thing i knew he was waking me up cos lecture was over.. .. Zzz.. then was DBG and SHAMUGAN gave his boring lecture.. even though his practs are fun.. he's like a roti prata hawker when he speaks nonstop during lecture.. godwin and me were listening to my ipod during his lesson.. it kept us awake and kinda helped our focus on the content.. then SARA's lesson.. and its her birthday today!.. happy birthday!.. lol.. she won't be seeing this.. anyway.. had sang birthday song, had cake, took pictures.. of all days i didn't bring my MMB notes.. damn.. speaking of which i forgot to bring my immuno pract worksheets as well.. which was due today.. well, she began her lesson on the SEX pilus.. and that's apparently the most interesting lecture for the day.. it was raining HEAVILY so polypics was cancelled.. so jia lat.. final day summore.. so i went for dinner at al-ameen.. pleasent dinner filled with joy and laughter.. haha.. so funny.. then had a LONG LONG, comfortable and happy bus ride home.. i could've slept in that position until next morning.. the bus ride ended with a surprise.. it totally made my day.. and after all the crappy things i went thru during the day.. at that moment u put a smile on my face.. thx so much =D..

12th Nov

CCTA pract..

This very disturbing module is fast overtaking immuno's mice (which i have already posted about) and DBG's maggots (which i have posted below) in terms of cruelty, sadistic and gore.. ok well here's how it went, chicken eggs were made ready for us to dissect.. if u thought it was those eggs u find in the supermarket.. UR WRONG.. its half grown chicken eggs with the embryo half developing inside it.. in fact it is STILL developing.. we're suppose to dissect it live, although it doesn't really move.. here's a video on how it is done.. i'm the one doing it..

k basically u remove the body+head from the yolk and blood vessels and messy nonsense.. then cut the head from the body.. and cut up the body into bits and pieces.. den its needed for next week.. the head however, is of great interest.. our area of interest is the eye balls.. the big black things.. super huge compared to its head and body.. we want the black pigmentation (retina) without the lens.. so we gotta squeeze out the lens.. pics of the head..

ok well we actually did it twice cos there was an extra egg.. ... lying around?.. .. so i just went for it again.. more vids!..

DBG pract is getting more and more interesting.. but its not very easy to do.. its microscopically disgusting.. not like ccta and immuno.. we had to literally rip maggots apart under a microscope..

at first i thought it would be rather fine.. until i did the dissection.. we poked the head with a needle, held the body with forceps.. and PULLED.. and the result?.. body debris ALL OVER THE PLACE.. everything just spilled out like as if it was exploding from the inside.. YUCKS.. we were suppose to find salivary glands.. can u see them here??

wtf.. i killed like 15 to find mine.. and eventually screwed them up when doing the dye stain.. oh well..

MMB PRACT.. last week.. counting cells.. there are thousands of cell colonies to count.. like.. WTF.. HOW TO COUNT..

it was maddness..

anyway.. after all this.. it is realli just fun and laughter in the practs.. realli enjoyed my time with the class.. hi sookeng..

Auto cars are so damn easy to drive.. and its so boring.. play 1 pedal onli not fun one.. its like playing spider solitare.. auto car is like 2 suits.. steering and pedal work.. manual is like 4 suits.. pedals, clutch, steering, gearbox.. more challenge..
