oh yeah.. as of yesterday.. my western blot was a failure.. 1 week's worth of work kinda like down the drain.. tmd.. B-actin no reading = wtf.. .. .. .. so monday i'm repeating everything again.. this time my RA wants to supervise me.. in case i screw up again.. HAHAHA..

anyway.. last night went to chill out.. look at these.. lol.. ownage rides..

got 1 more.. but somehow its missing from my fone.. -_-..

yeah.. and just a while ago went to the Intercontinental Hotel for dinner.. grandpa's birthday.. haha.. SEAFOOD BUFFET.. this was my 1st plate of food..

after that i can't be bothered to take pics le.. sashimi, dory, baby octopus, crayfish, prawns, RAW oysters, black pepper crab, prawn tempura.. i realised japan has originated hell of a lot of good seafoods.. they had 1 whole section just for jap seafoods.. desserts were choc fondu, mousse (dunno how to spell).. ice cream.. ah it was heaven.. i think i gained several kg there.. but i don't give a damn.. hahaha..

holy shit today lab is maddness.. i got to work early (8.30) and started western blot casting gel.. den during the waiting time, did rna extraction.. den cDNA synthesis.. den real time PCR.. finished like at 9pm.. wth.. i nearly didn't wanna go lunch.. 10 freaking samples.. which is already so tiring.. den when it came to real time PCR.. holy shit.. 26 samples.. cos of all the GAPDH.. holy shit.. went to dover for dinner at 9+.. maddness.. we let the PCR run till tmr.. if smth happens to the results or someone decides to be funny and shut down the comp i will freakin burn down the lab.. Zzz.. if i screw up the experiment.. den.. i can go commit suicide.. haha.. nvm wed thur fri i will rest.. zz.. now need to play some games.. all work no play makes jack a dull boy.. =D
