oh boy.. today passed by in a flash.. did western blot all day.. tmr continuing.. its sorta like a 2 day protocol.. think i won't have to bring my laptop tmr.. bring also won't use.. busy busy all day.. apparently our cells got contaminated by some mysterious black fragments.. like a lot of them.. it ain't bacteria tho.. but the cells don't seem to healthy either.. (yeah they told soo keng they weren't feeling well.. lol..).. ... ... lucky i'm not doing cell work.. but my work isn't a walk in the park either.. 1 stupid western blot so many things to do.. still haf RNA extraction.. cDNA synthesis.. protein extraction.. PCR.. real time PCR.. and other's which can't think of right not.. blahz..

lunch was an all guy event cos the girls all disappeared for 1 reason or another.. den onli 3 of us eating.. lol.. plus hankee who didn't eat so not counted.. so pathetic.. haha..

weather these past few days are really nuts.. blazing hot.. sat morning i stepped out in the sun and i felt like i was getting crushed by this strange bright yellow light from above.. the walk from the bus stop to the lab can make my collar all sweaty.. i had this idea to sign out the 4 degrees cold room key and chill there for a few minutes.. and then there's the -20 degrees cold room.. which would finish the chilling job in half the time.. but my throat hurts from breathing in ice air.. lol.. but i scared they scold me for chilling in there.. a lot of samples in there and if anything goes wrong with them could cost them their "life"..

went to kfc with james yesterday.. suppose to be me him and his mom eating.. so we decided on family feast 8 pcs chicken, split 3/3/2.. den his mom decided to eat zinger.. so that means cannot eat family feast le rite.. WRONG.. james was like, ok den we share the family feast.. 4/4.. .. holy shit?.. no way i can finish 4 chickens + popcorn chicken + whipped potato + coldslaw(anyhow spell) + 2 regular sized drinks.. i said i can't finish that much.. so he said ok fine i take 5 chicken u take 3.. .. ... guess what.. he finished his 5 pcs b4 i finished my 3.. wtf.. .. ..
